The challenge

Vertex D2C came to us with an ambitious vision — a brand that could hold its own against global competitors while staying rooted in its unique identity. The stakes were high, the timeline was tight, and the bar was set higher than any previous project in the category.

We ran a two-week discovery sprint mapping the market, audience and technical constraints. From there our design, engineering and growth teams worked in parallel — shipping design tokens, code and campaign creative on a weekly cadence.

The outcome
